Eco-Field Days 2019 in Germany

July 04, 2019

On  3 and 4 July 2019 , the second nationwide eco-field days will take place on the Hessian State Domain Frankenhausen in Grebenstein. They are the ideal meeting place for all those interested in organic farming to exchange knowledge and experience.

Covering more than 20 hectares of exhibition space, over 300 companies will show all the latest news on organic farming. In addition to machine demonstrations and forums on climate, breeding and animal welfare, there are also on about 2 ha numerous demo pods.

For example, EURALIS will be presenting the entire eco-range of crops corn , sunflower and soybean under live conditions on a 400 m2 stand area .

In addition to the organic maize varieties ES Asteroid , ES Perpective, ES Eurojet and ES BigBen, the number 3 best selling variety in Germany in the conventional range ES Metronome will also be on display as an organic variety.

As the largest European GMO-free soybean breeder, EURALIS also has an extensive eco-soybean range. ES Mentor as 00 strain and ES Comandor as 000 strain, as well as the two new registrations in the 000 range ES Favor and ES Governor can be viewed.

In addition to soy, sunflowers are one of the most important oil crops in organic farming. In addition to the HO variety ES Ethic, the organic sunflower varieties ES Savana as an organic variety and ES Columbella are also presented without being dressed .

As a co-exhibitor, beesharing, which provides a network for beekeepers, farmers and bee enthusiasts, will provide knowledge about bees and pollination. EURALIS as an innovative and sustainably oriented seed breeding company supports cooperation and communication between farmers and beekeepers through a bee sponsorship .

As usual, the EURALIS stand will invite you to linger over organic drinks and munchies. The EURALIS Product Manager Organic Farming, Johannes Erz, will be available both on site and in the aftermath for questions and information on breeding, cultivation and characteristics of organic varieties.

We look forward to your visit and exchange with you on our stand A13 at the Eco Field Days 2019!
